Weightlifting Macro-Regional 2023
Young students from UTMatamoros won Gold and Silver in the Weightlifting Macro-Regional 2023, representing Tamaulipas. This event took place from March 24th to 27th in Tijuana, Baja California.
Achieving once again to put the name of our institution on high by obtaining:
- 3 gold medals
- 3 silver medals
During the competition, the girls competed against the state teams of Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California, Nuevo Leon, Chihuahua, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, among others.
With the achievements obtained in this competition the two young athletes managed to qualify for the National CONADE 2023.
