UTMATAMOROS STUDENTS WIN A PASS TO THE ROBOTICS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
After their participation in the VEX Robotics Northeast Zone Pre-National Tournament, UTMatamoros students obtained their pass to the 2018 VEX Robotics World Championship – VEX U Division to be held soon in Kentucky, USA.
The winning students are:

- David Alejandro Cantú Franco,
- Oscar Pavel Rangel,
- Armando Garizurieta Perales,
- Josué Jared García Cruz
Students of Mechatronics and Information and Communication Technologies. The teacher advisors are: Ricardo Treviño Parras and Esteban Lerma Puente.
This important achievement reaffirms the excellent academic quality offered at UT Matamoros, as this group of young people obtained recognition of excellence from the Vex Robotics Organizing Group.
