UTMatamoros on their way to INFOMATRIX 2023
Students from the Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros (UTM), Héctor Ramon Ozuna González and Eduardo Emmanuel Tovias Garza, students of Mechatronics Engineering, were placed as State Champions in the Mexican Science and Engineering Fair Tamaulipas 2023 (Femeci), which was organized by the Tamaulipas Council of Science and Technology (Cotacyt).
With its project V2GO: “Visual and Interactive System with Augmented Reality Control in an Industrial Environment”. Today, thanks to this important achievement, the two students will represent Tamaulipas in the XVII Ibero-American Contest of Student Projects in Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship, from May 17 to 20, in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Rector Diana Masso Quintana wishes them the best of luck, she is very sure that they will continue to put the name of our university and our state on a high level.
