UTMatamoros marks the beginning of Christmas with the Traditional
Pine Tree Lighting.
With great success our traditional lighting of the Christmas pine tree took place, kicking off the festivities of this important time of the year. During the event, Diana Masso Quintana, President of UTMatamoros, gave an emotional message to the entire WeAreLions university community, wishing them health, peace, love and family harmony in all their homes.
As part of the cultural show, several events took place during the day such as Christmas carols, the presentation of a Christmas play, the presentation of the rondalla group and the music band. Thus beginning the magic of Christmas at our university.
