UTMATAMOROS MAKES TECHNOLOGICAL DONATION TO THE MOBILE MUSEUM “LA BOBINA”- COTACYT
In order to promote learning and scientific and technological dissemination among our community, the Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros donated three technological projects to the Mobile Museum “La Bobina”-COTACYT.
Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTM, accompanied by research professors, were responsible for delivering these projects on behalf of the entire university community to Dr. Julio Martinez Burnes, General Director of COTACYT. Claudia Bithya Dragustinovis Guzman, Director of Human Capital Development COTACYT and Dr. José Juan Villanueva Sierra, Director of Research, Teaching Development and Graduate Studies at UTMatamoros, were witnesses to this important event.
The technological projects that were donated were the Wimshurst Machine, Elements Play and Learn with Leo the Little Lion, which will be on display and in use at the museum.
In this way, the instruction of the State Government directed by Américo Villarreal Anaya, through the Secretary of Education of Tamaulipas, through COTACYT, to reinforce the actions of training in early scientific vocations with the collaboration between researchers, higher education institutions and state government agencies, is fulfilled.
