UTMATAMOROS HOSTS THE 26th CERTAMEN ESTATAL DE CREATIVIDAD E INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA – EXPOCIENCIA TAMAULIPAS 2024
Today, our facilities were the stage for the 26th State Contest of Creativity and Technological Innovation in its regional stage, organized by the Tamaulipas Council of Science and Technology (COTACYT). In this event more than 105 projects were presented by students from elementary, middle school, high school and postgraduate levels.
From the youngest in the Petit and Kids categories, to the great innovators in the Youth, High School, College and Postgraduate categories, all showed their passion for science and technology in an event full of inspiration and creativity, aimed at finding solutions to everyday problems.
Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of #UTM, and Dr. Julio Martínez Burnes, General Director of #COTACYT. The inauguration of the contest was carried out by Mtra. Ana Isabel Lerma González, who attended on behalf of Mtra. Lucia Aimé Castillo Pastor, Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas.
With these initiatives, we continue to strengthen the vision of our Governor, Dr. Américo Villarreal Anaya, to promote education in Tamaulipas.
