UTMatamoros Classifies to the final phase of the «International Research Project Olympiad 2022».
UTMatamoros students qualify with 3 projects to the final phase of the «International Research Project Olympiad 2022», by the Indonesian Scientific Society, in three categories:
Information Technology and Computing with the project «V2GO».
Engineering with the «VOLUT» project
Energy with the project «FISALY».
The final phase will take place in Indonesia from July 25 to 27. UTMatamoros will be participating in the virtual mode. In this competition, students will compete against countries such as China, Egypt, Turkey, Romania, Serbia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Greece, Philippines, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Russia, Nepal, South Africa, Costa Rica and Indonesia.
In order to reach this final phase, the young people competed with more than 300 projects in the preliminary phases, being the only representative of Mexico in this final stage.
