This morning Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, rector of UTMatamoros, met with Ms. Adriana Contreras, President of Rotary Club International, Ms. Lupita Ceballos, President of Rotary Club Matamoros and Mr. Manuel Perrusquia on behalf of Daniel Sosa, Deputy Director of Customs of the Ministry of Economy of the State of Tamaulipas, who will be working hand in hand on behalf of the students of the Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros.
