UTM WILL APPLY ADMISSION TEST ON MAY 25
On May 25, the Matamoros Technological University will hold the admission exam for all students who will graduate from high schools and are interested in studying some of the 11 university technical and engineering careers offered by the institution.
UTM Rector José Antonio Tovar Lara informed that the institution is offering students from Matamoros and the entire region the new Project Administration and Evaluation program, in addition to the existing ones such as: Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Production Systems, International Logistics and Information and Communication Technologies.
Tovar Lara invited students graduating from the Tamaulipas High Schools (COBAT), the Industrial and Service Technological High Schools (CBTis), the Tamaulipas Institute of Training for Employment (ITACE), the National College of Technical Professional Education (CONALEP), as well as the different high schools, to register before May 25 and take their admission exams.
It is important to mention that the careers offered by the Technological University of Matamoros were created in response to the productive sector of the region, which will allow the graduates of the different engineering programs to have great advantages to join the labor market.
Applicants to UTM must present a proof of studies, the CURP extended to 200 percent and a payment of 300 pesos that will entitle them to the entrance exam.
The costs that the institution manages are very economical, this, so that parents make an effort and continue to support their children in their desire to excel and have a better quality of life.
Registration for the admission exam will take place at UTM’s facilities located on the highway to Reynosa, at kilometer 8.5 (Ejido Guadalupe).
