UTM STUDENTS ATTEND THE «ENERGY INDUSTRY SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT» EVENT.
The Government of the State of Tamaulipas, through the Energy Commission (CETAM) and with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and the National Hydrocarbons Commission, held the event «Development of Energy Industry Suppliers» in the esplanade of the Mundo Nuevo Convention Center, an event attended by students from UT Matamoros, from the Higher University Technicians in the career of Petroleum Maintenance.
Workshops were held to promote the development of local and regional suppliers, to prepare them to participate in the energy sector and to be on an equal footing with foreign suppliers.
UTM offers the Petroleum Maintenance career, in which students are prepared with the tools and sufficient knowledge so that each graduate is ready to join companies in the industrial or energy sector.
