UTM STUDENTS ATTEND A LECTURE GIVEN BY AN ITALIAN

The conference was entitled «Online Business and Social Networks for Commercial Purposes».
More than 200 students from the Technological University of Matamoros participated in the conference given by Italian Erick Canale, who gave a lecture on «Online Business and Social Networks for Commercial Purposes».
Canale, who was logistics manager at the company that produces the famous Ferrero Roché chocolates in Spain, visited UTM at the invitation of the rector of the institution, José Antonio Tovar Lara, who permanently promotes the integral formation of the students through different activities, among them, the conferences given by specialists in various topics.
The speaker’s visit was coordinated through the De Facto group, made up of the following young people: Alberto Guajardo, Isidro Botello, Flor Moreno, Fátima García, Oziel López, Moisés Correa and Juan Carlos Ramírez.
In the lecture given in the presence of engineering students from the Technological University of Matamoros, Erick Canales encouraged young people not to set limits on their professional development, while he called on them to start their own business through the Internet, which is a tool that is used worldwide by millions of people.
In his talk with the young people, the speaker mentioned some success stories of people who have managed to transcend with their business through social networks, which is why he called on young people to form their own company and become one of the success stories that exist worldwide.
