UTM STUDENT WINS FIRST REGIONAL PLACE IN PUBLIC SPEAKING.
The young student Luis Enrique Rivas Larrazolo, a UT Matamoros student, won first place in regional public speaking at the XIX Regional Sports and Cultural Meeting of Technological and Polytechnic Universities 2018, which took place in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
Luis Enrique Rivas Larrazolo will prepare to represent UT Matamoros at the National Technological and Polytechnic Universities Meeting to be held in Guadalajara from March 22 to 25 of this year.
