UTM SIGNS COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OF CANCÚN.

The Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas, Héctor Escobar Salazar, was the honorary witness.

The Technological University of Matamoros, Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros, ratifies its vocation to remain at the forefront in the educational field, by signing a collaboration agreement with the Technological University of Cancun, having as a witness of honor the Secretary of Education Hector Escobar Salazar.

UTM wants to strengthen academic cooperation ties, aimed at guaranteeing the quality of teaching, learning and didactic strategies, to strengthen the knowledge of our students and professors, as well as to continue with the impulse given by the State Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, is what the Technological University of Matamoros wants to achieve with these alliances.

The signing of this agreement with the UT Cancun, led for the first time, to the delivery of interactive workshops, lectures and workshops for 90 teachers taught by M.C. Julian Aguilar Estrada Rector of the UT Cancun.

Ivett Bermea Vázquez assured that the work developed by UTM has a very clear focus on strengthening the teaching processes, as well as the learning experiences, which have as a central element the students and teachers of our institution.

«This agreement has a particularity, it offers students mobility, which is the possibility of coming to UT Cancun and carry out their stays, gaining experience in another city in which, in addition to learning culture, they can opt for careers that we do not have here,» said Rector Bermea Vazquez.

For his part, the Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas expressed that he is very pleased to see the work being done at the Technological University of Matamoros (Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros) and that there is indeed a broad commitment to education from this state administration.

In his participation, M.C. Julian Aguilar Estrada, Rector of UT Cancun said, «we are very happy to see the Secretary of State at the University because it endorses the commitment he has with the state and education».
