UTM SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS WILL CONTINUE THEIR ACADEMIC PREPARATION IN FRANCE.

Due to the high academic level of the UTM, the MexProtec International Scholarship System chose four young students from UTM to continue their professional training in France.
Alejandro Fernández Sandoval, head of the Business Incubator and Student Mobility Program at UT Matamoros, said that these four young people will spend a year in various universities and companies in France.
They are Argenis de Jesús Cabrera Rivera and Joicy Kuhnagel Huerta from the International Business Operations career and Oscar Emilio Zamora Molina and Justin Javier Aguillón Cervantes from the Industrial Processes career, all of them in their sixth term.
«This is the first time that four of our students have won a scholarship like this one, MexProtec. Before, only one or two participated, but now, for the first time, four of our students managed to obtain it,» he said.
With this scholarship, which, by the way, is 100% in support of the students, the students will be able to continue their studies at a university in France to improve their French language skills.
«But they will also be able to do internships in a company to develop their technological knowledge, academic preparation and practices that will undoubtedly enrich the knowledge of young people,» he said.
Fernández Sandoval said that the students will leave Mexico City on July 26 and will return to our country after July 25, 2019, «they will spend a year in France continuing their professional studies, perfecting their French language skills and spending time in companies in that country».
And as I said at the beginning, he indicated, this is the result of the good academic level that UT Matamoros maintains today, derived from the great impulse offered by the rector of this university center, Dr. Ivett Bermea Vázquez.
