This morning, Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTM, met with the students of the French Club who are applying for a scholarship in France. This scholarship allows students to spend a year in France for a stay and a professional license. During the meeting, the president had the opportunity to talk personally with each of the young people to learn about their aspirations and academic projects.
Under the leadership of Dr. Americo Villarreal Anaya, Governor of our State, at the Technological University of Matamoros we continue to transform education in Tamaulipas.
