UTM holds Leadership/Teamwork Conference
UTM holds a conference on teamwork and leadership called, “Empresa en tu aula: Liderazgo para los equipos de trabajo”.
In order to strengthen the knowledge acquired in the classroom, this morning was held the conference “Company in your classroom: Leadership for work teams”. The conference, “Failure is not an option”, through the application in the workplace of various tools such as teamwork, decision making, and conflict management from the analysis of the mechanics and dynamics in order to achieve the objectives in organizations.
The conference was given by Mr. Eduardo Garza, Director of the International Promotion Sub-Committee of CODEM, Committee for the Economic Development of Matamoros, to young people from the careers (AFEP) Administration and Project Formulation and Evaluation Area and the International Business Operations career. The conference was attended by Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTM, as special guest Mr. Carlos Rodriguez and directors of the institution.
