UTM climbs to the podium in NACIONALES CONADE NAYARIT 2023.
Once again, UTMatamoros students made it to the podium at the CONADE 2023 Nationals, which took place in Nayarit.
Achievements obtained:

3rd place National in 49kg under 20
Estefania Mata Garcia
3 Silver Medals
2nd place National in 49kg under 23
It is worth mentioning that the team achieved a total of 8 medals:
3 Gold
3 Silver
2 Bronze
In two of the most important sporting events in Mexico, in the National Universiade SONORA 2023 National CONADE Nayarit 2023.
Special congratulations to their coach Joaquin Castañeda, for the outstanding preparation in high performance sports of the UTM weightlifting team.
