UT MATAMOROS WORKSHOP AND LABORATORY PERSONNEL RECEIVE SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
Following the safety processes and protocols of the Technological University of Matamoros («Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros»), personal protective equipment was delivered to teachers and those in charge of the laboratories and workshops of this educational institution.
It was from the hands of Flavio Hinojosa Alvarez, UT Matamoros rector, who, in recent days, handed out protective equipment to all personnel working in the workshops and laboratories of the university. It is of utmost importance that all personnel have their own safety equipment, since it is in the workshops and laboratories where students carry out their practices, and it is necessary that the personnel in charge of the aforementioned areas safely provide the maintenance that each piece of equipment requires for better operation without exposing the physical integrity of each staff member.
It is also recommended that each student carry their basic and necessary equipment (gown, glasses, gloves, earplugs, or any other required equipment) when attending their internships.
The delivery of personal protective equipment is just a sample of the commitment that Mr. Flavio Hinojosa Álvarez has with the university and its personnel, that all areas work under the practices and safety standards.
