Universidad Tecnologia de Matamoros Second Meeting of the Relevance Committee.
As part of UTMatamoros’ outreach activities, the second meeting of the year was held with the University’s Relevance and Outreach Commission, with the participation of businessmen in the areas of services, maquiladoras and the city’s business organizations, as well as representatives from the State and Matamoros municipal agencies in the areas of Economic Development and Education, the above with the purpose of informing the productive sector of the activities of internships and job opportunities, as well as the national and international achievements that are being made by students with the guidance of their teachers in academic, cultural, sports and innovation and research competitions. Furthermore, to receive from this Commission, those proposals and suggestions on new skills and knowledge that are required in their areas of competence.
Finally, the purpose is to have a constant openness to link students and graduates in different areas of work in these productive sectors and have the necessary skills.
