THIS TUESDAY, ARKANSAS TECH UNIVERSITY AND THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OF MATAMOROS WILL SIGN A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT.

With the firm purpose of enriching the bonds of friendship and that this will allow us to exchange knowledge between both universities, this January 23rd the Technological University of Matamoros, Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros, will sign a collaboration agreement with Arkansas Tech University in the facilities of the same building. Today, the Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas, Dr. Hector Escobar Salazar and the UT Matamoros President, Dr. Ivett Bermea Vazquez, held a meeting with the Mayor of Little Rock, Ark. Mark Stodola, with the participation of the Consul of Mexico in Arkansas, Rodolfo Quilantán Arenas.

In this meeting, the intentions of this agreement were discussed, where both university communities will be able to exchange their knowledge and at the same time initiate the project to convert UTM into a Bilingual University.
So this Tuesday afternoon, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Arkansas Tech University and the Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros will take place.
