The UTMatamoros 5K “Running Lions and Lions Ride”
With a successful participation of the university community and local runners, the “Running Lions and Lions Ride” 5K athletic race was held last Saturday in commemoration of the 22nd Anniversary of the Technological University of Matamoros.
Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTMatamoros, was in charge of the starting flag, accompanied by the institution’s counselors. The objective of this race is to promote sports among the university community, as well as health care and family unity.
We appreciate the support of the authorities who accompanied us in this important event, as well as the sponsors of this race. In addition, special thanks to all the staff who made this 5k “Running Lions and Lions Ride” Athletic Race possible.
