THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OF MATAMOROS STANDS OUT IN TAMEMPRENDE 2017.

 

State Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca participates in the dynamics proposed by the students.

State Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, verified the talent and knowledge of the students of the Technological University of Matamoros, Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros, by interacting with the didactic video games designed by the students and that were part of the exhibition mounted in the Tamaulipas Emprende 2017 forum.

To the neighboring city of Reynosa, students from the robotics area and those who are preparing in programming and video game design, took a sample of what is being developed at the UTM.

UT Matamoros students participated in this important event organized by the State Government, which promotes not only talent, but also the initiative of entrepreneurs in different areas of development, at the Poliforum Reynosa.

During his tour of the stands, the State Governor took some time to experience the proposal that the young people of UT Matamoros brought to this forum, getting to know the video game with the theme of Hydrology of the State of Tamaulipas, as well as the development of robots that the students have made.

The state president congratulated the students for showing the skills and talent that the young people of Tamaulipas have and urged them to continue preparing themselves.

Likewise, the robotics students showed their designs and the ring used in national and international meetings, where they have obtained important achievements, not only for Tamaulipas, but for all of Mexico.

The students of this institution also had the opportunity to attend various conferences such as «Creativity with E», «When a brand makes a difference», «Entrepreneurship for growth», as well as workshops on «Innovation processes applied to MSMEs», «Bar Code», «Digital Entrepreneurship», among others.

UT Matamoros Rector, Dr. Ivett Bermea Vázquez, confirmed the commitment to participate in forums and workshops that allow young people to have experiences and other perspectives that enrich their professional training.
