Thanksgiving Day |UTMatamoros
Students of the BIS modality carried out the Thanksgiving Day celebration, this celebration is part of the BIS events of the Technological University of Matamoros, whose main objective is to promote biculturalism among the university community, reinforcing the English language, social responsibility and fortifying the values that distinguish our institution.
This celebration consisted in the presentation of a video collage where the meaning of Thanksgiving Day is narrated. During the event, the students were able to spend time with the school’s security personnel and the school’s administration, and then they handed out food parcels.
It is worth mentioning that the groceries that were delivered were donated by students and teachers of the institution of the BIS modality.
The event was attended by Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, UTM’s Chancellor, directors and BIS teachers.
