Thanksgiving Day (2023)
Students of the BIS modality carried out the celebration of Thanksgiving Day, this celebration is part of the BIS events of the UTM, whose main objective is to promote bicuturality among the university community, reinforcing the English language, social responsibility and fortifying the values that distinguish our institution.
The celebration consisted of the presentation of a play about the meaning of Thanksgiving. During the event, the students were able to spend time with the school’s administration staff, and then they handed out the food parcels.
It is worth mentioning that the groceries that were delivered were donations from students and teachers of the BIS modality.
The event was attended by Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, UTM’s rector, directors and BIS teachers.
