Tamaulipas Governor meets UTM Students
Dr. Américo Villarreal Anaya, Governor of the State of Tamaulipas, acknowledges students from the Technological University of Matamoros for their academic achievements in science and technology at an international level.
The students were accompanied by Mrs. Lucia Aimé Castillo Pastor, Secretary of Education of Tamaulipas, Mrs. Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTMatamoros, their advisors and parents.
This event took place at the Government Palace, at the end of the ceremony honoring the flag.
