T. FLAVIO HINOJOSA ALVAREZ, RECTOR OF UTMATAMOROS GIVES HIS FIRST MANAGEMENT REPORT 2018-2019.
In the presence of the university community, educational authorities and special guests, Mr. Flavio Hinojosa Álvarez, rector of this university, presented his first management report 2018-2019.
He expressed that he is proud to head during this year the efforts to continue building a university of stature and prestige at national and international level, and to do so always with the directive established by our State Governor, Mr. Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, who has always provided support to this institution.
He also highlighted the 49 agreements signed with the private sector, universities in the United States, Canada, France, Spain and China, and the Matamoros School of Medicine and Nursing.
During the report, the rector was accompanied by the head of the office of the Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas, Marín Gómez Monroy. Also present were the head of CREDE in Matamoros, María Elena Montalvo and the elected congresswoman, Ivett Bermez Vázquez, as well as local high school and college principals.
