Students visit companies in Tampico and Altamira
In order to comply with the integral formation of UTMatamoros, students from the International Business Operations (Operaciones Comerciales Internacionales) career recently participated in a series of visits to companies in the city of Tampico and Altamira.
Around 33 students participated, who visited the Alpasa S.A. de C.V. Logistics Center, the Port of Tampico and the Altamira Multimodal Terminal. During their stay they received training courses in foreign trade, the first in International Quotation and the second in Import and Export Customs Clearance, both with recognition and curricular value.
The purpose of these visits is for students to develop professional competencies in the field of foreign trade through training courses and guided visits, allowing them to learn about the reality of logistics in different companies.
