“Lions Award 2022” UTMatamoros.
On May 23rd, the Technological University of Matamoros recognized the effort and dedication of students and teachers at the «Lions Award 2022» ceremony, which honors those who have been champions of tournaments and competitions at the regional, state, national and international levels, in academic, sports, technology and research areas.
During this great event, Mr. Flavio Hinojosa Alvarez, UTM’s Rector, expressed that he is extremely proud of the achievements of the students and teachers of this university, since they have not only excelled at regional level, but have been recognized at international level, putting the name of Tamaulipas and Mexico on a high level.
At the event, the award winners received an official UTMatamoros Lions statuette (made in UTM) printed in 3D, a recognition and a backpack with the legend #WEARELIONS.
