IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ENGINEERING GRADUATES OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OF MATAMOROS (UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLOGICA DE MATAMOROS )
Dear Graduate:
The graduation ceremony will take place next August 30 at the Cantera Room of the Holiday Inn Hotel at 10:00 a.m.; we remind you that it is MANDATORY, since the graduation certificate will be presented there.
The Engineering Graduate must be at the Holiday Inn Hotel at 8:30 a.m. to receive the toga and have the graduation photograph taken at 9:00 a.m. Your relatives or guests are being summoned at 9:30 a.m., so that there is not much waiting time for the official ceremony.
All Engineering graduates who have completed their internships and submitted their reports will be able to graduate.
They are asked to attend a dress rehearsal to be held on August 29th at 5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Hotel, so that they will know where they will be located during the graduation ceremony.
Those who have not yet rented the gown, can go to the corner of Quinta and Terán streets, at Graduaciones Lupita, where they can do so at a cost of $250.00, which includes rental of the gown, cap and embroidered sash. (6×12 generation photo included).
DRESSING CODE:
Misses should wear black skirt or black pants, a white blouse and black shoes or slip-on sneakers.
Males must wear black pants, white shirt, either long or short sleeve, black tie and black shoes.
