The event was led by Chancellor Professor Diana Masso Quintana, who reaffirmed the university’s commitment to nurturing young talent and academic excellence.
Special recognition goes to Governor Dr. Américo Villarreal Anaya for his visionary support of education and scientific development in Tamaulipas, and to Secretary of Education Dr. Miguel Ángel Valdez García for his leadership and dedication to empowering Tamaulipas youth.
