Graduation Ceremony of CBTIS135
On behalf of Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya, this morning the Rector of the UTM, Diana Masso Quintana, attended the graduation ceremony of CBTIS 135, who with great enthusiasm gave an emotional message to the graduates for having successfully completed their studies. During her message, the rector reaffirmed the commitment of our Governor to provide more and better opportunities for young people to continue their university studies.
