Flag Raising ceremony
This Saturday, February 5th, the Technological University of Matamoros held a Flag Raising ceremony to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the promulgation of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, which since 1917 establishes the guarantees and obligations of Mexicans.
