Federal Congresswoman links UTMatamoros to scholarship program in the Republic of Azerbaijan
Federal Congresswoman Elvia Vigil links UTMatamoros to the Azerbaijan Republic Scholarship Program. This link will provide great benefits to students and professors of the UTM who in early July held a virtual meeting with personnel from institutes in the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was attended by Diana Masso Quintana, UTM’s Rector, the institution’s directors and teaching staff of the BIS program.
