DRA. IVETT BERMEA VÁZQUEZ GIVES INDUCTION FOR NEW STUDENTS OF THE UTM.
The Technological University of Matamoros («Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros») began the third quarter, which closes the year 2018 and which has a new staff of approximately 1,300 new students, distributed in the different TSU careers.
As usual, Dr. Ivett Bermea Vázquez, rector of the university, gave a cordial welcome to each one of them, and at the same time, took the opportunity to give the induction to the new generation of students of this institution.
During the induction, Dr. Ivett Bermea explained the opportunities available to UTM students, and highlighted important points such as the Mission, Vision and Quality Policy of the institution. She also mentioned the student’s internal regulations and the sanctions they have to incur in a failure to comply with them.
It is expected that at the end of the first quarter of the school year the results will be positive and favorable, since this will be the beginning of a new stage for the University, as it is the beginning of the International and Sustainable Bilingual System, in which Dr. Ivett Bermea had a great participation in the implementation of this objective that will highlight UTM in the region.
