CACEI ENGINEERING CERTIFICATION CENTER VISITS UT MATAMOROS.
The CACEI Engineering Certification Center visited the facilities of the Technological University of Matamoros( Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros) as part of the program of activities and work it has with the university. On the second day of activities, a meeting was scheduled with employers of students graduating from this educational institution.
During the meeting, relevant topics of high importance for both parties were discussed, such as the job performance of the young graduates of this university in the employers’ workplaces.
Another issue to highlight is the areas of improvement that young professionals have and that they should work on for better performance, and generate opportunities for growth within the industry.
It is important that young people who apply to graduate from the university can identify what are the necessary skills they must have at the time of entering to work in a company, and that these are the ones who give them the guidelines to perform professionally in an area in order to their career.
As well as the topics mentioned above, another no less important and equally relevant issues were discussed.
