BILATERAL FORUM ON HIGHER EDUCATION, INNOVATION AND RESEARCH (FOBESII)
In order to encourage the participation of Mexican students in Minnesota state institutions, STUDY MINNESOTA launched a call for applications to award two scholarships worth $5,000 USD each to Mexican students interested in English, undergraduate or graduate programs.
Those interested in participating must be a NON-US citizen and travel to Minnesota from outside the US, have been accepted to a Minnesota institution before Monday, April 1, 2019 and fill out the application available on the official website https://mn.gov/deed/business/exporting/studymn/ where you can also consult the complete call for applications.
The deadline for submission of applications is April 1.
Summer 2019 Research Program
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico in collaboration with the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES) and the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) are calling Mexican students enrolled in public and private higher education institutions that are members of ANUIES for a summer academic stay in the United States focused on research.
The program has a duration of eight weeks, from June 2 to July 27, 2019 and will be held at UT Dallas, will provide support for accommodation, advanced and specialized English courses, mentoring by a designated professor from UT Dallas, among others.
