Award Ceremony | 26th CERTAMEN ESTATAL DE CREATIVIDAD E INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA – EXPOCIENCIA TAMAULIPAS 2024, SEDE UTMATAMOROS

The Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros was the regional venue for the twenty-sixth edition of the Expociencias Tamaulipas 2024 Creativity and Technological Innovation Contest, organized by the Tamaulipas Council of Science and Technology (COTACYT).

More than 105 projects were presented by students from elementary, middle school, high school, college and postgraduate levels, focused on solving major problems we face as a region and as a society, in the face of growing global challenges.

The award ceremony was in charge of Ms. Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of the #UTM and Ms. Ana Isabel Lerma González, who attended on behalf of Ms. Lucia Aimé Castillo Pastor, Secretary of the Ministry of Education.

During the ceremony, the #UTM president awarded 6 100% scholarships to the winning students in the high school category, inviting them to become part of the #UTM Lions family.
