UT MATAMOROS STUDENTS ATTEND THE 1ST BREAST CANCER SYMPOSIUM.
Students from the Matamoros Technological University (» Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros») attended the 1st Breast Cancer Symposium held at the Teatro de la Reforma in the city of Matamoros.
Prior to International Breast Cancer Day, UT Matamoros students attended the 1st Breast Cancer Symposium organized by the Matamoros Municipal Network to Help Women Against Cancer, A.C., at the Teatro de la Reforma.
The participants as speakers at this event were renowned local medical specialists:
- DR. ADOLFO NORBERTO RODRIGUEZ – General Physician with specialty in general surgery and subspecialty in surgical oncology.
- DR. JUAN DANIEL ROJAS GONZALEZ – General Physician with specialty in general surgery and surgical oncology.
- DR. JUAN MANUEL CARVAJAL PLIEGO – General Physician with specialty in gynecology and obstetrics and gynecologic oncology.
After each speaker’s participation, time was given for questions and answers, in which doubts and concerns about this disease could be clarified.
