MR. FLAVIO HINOJOSA ÁLVAREZ RECEIVES APPOINTMENT AS THE NEW RECTOR OF THE UT MATAMOROS.
On the morning of September 17, the Secretary of Education of Tamaulipas, Dr. Hector Escobar Salazar, in the presence of the Board of Directors of the Matamoros Technological University, appointed Mr. Flavio Hinojosa Alvarez as the new rector of UT Matamoros.
Mr. Hinojosa Álvarez takes the place occupied until that same day by Dr. Ivett Bermea Vázquez, who stood out in this institution for her leadership and excellent work during her two-year tenure at the head of UTM.
Today, the new rector of this house of study, Mr. Flavio Hinojosa, begins a new cycle, giving continuity to the projects that are currently underway at UTM, one of them is the new International and Sustainable Bilingual System (BIS), which at the beginning of the September – December 2018 term, has been launched, starting satisfactorily with the careers of Higher University Technician in International Business Operations and Mechatronics.
