ACADEMIC ADVISING
Advising sessions must be scheduled one day in advance (unofficial advising sessions can be delivered no later than 3 days after they have been applied in DEA, the teacher must collect the corresponding signatures, it does not apply for advising sessions on non-working days).
Please pick up your printed report authorized by the Academic Director one day before the date established for the advising at the DEA department.
Once the advising is concluded, the teacher must deliver the original form to the advising coordinator within 3 working days with the signatures of the students who received the advising.
In case of a non-working day, deliver a copy to the guardhouse.
