UTMatamoros strengthens relations in favor of Sports
With the purpose of promoting sports in our community, yesterday Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTMatamoros, welcomed Dr. Rosalio Antonio Alvarado del Angel, President of the Mexican Weightlifting Federation, to the institution to carry out the signing of a collaboration agreement between both institutions.
The UTM is the first university in the region to sign a collaboration agreement with the Mexican Weightlifting Federation. The signing of this agreement seeks to strengthen the sport among the university community and provide our young athletes, coaches and high performance facilities for their training.
It is worth mentioning that prior to the signing of the agreement, the Ordinary General Assembly of the Mexican Weightlifting Federation A.C. was held.
