UTMatamoros Signs Agreement with FIO
With the firm purpose of promoting culture among the youth of Tamaulipas, the UTM joins the signing of the Collaboration Agreement with the International Fall Festival (Festival Internacional de Otoño (FIO)) and the Colegio San Juan Siglo XXI.
At the signing of this important event were Jorge Perez Gonzalez, President of the FIO, Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTMatamoros, Prof. Mauro Rojas, Director of Colegio San Juan Siglo XXI, Araceli Sosa, Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art and Fernanda Seceña, Director of Liaison of the FIO.
