UTMatamoros is making history.
UTMatamoros signs a Letter of Intent with South Texas College to become the first university on the border to offer its students a dual degree.
The signing was in charge of UTMatamoros Chancellor Diana Masso Quintana, Dr. Ricardo Solis, President of STC and Javier Villalobos, Mayor of McAllen. Also present at the signing ceremony were STC executives, representatives of the State Government, McAllen City authorities and management personnel of the institution.
At the end of the signing ceremony, the American authorities toured the facilities, where they visited the laboratories, including the robotics lab, where the students invited them to participate in a Match among themselves.
With the leadership of our Governor, Dr. Américo Villarreal, we continue transforming education in Tamaulipas.
