UTMatamoros Congratulates the Secretary of Education on Her Outstanding Address
UTMatamoros Chancellor, Professor Diana Masso Quintana, was present at the official appearance of Secretary of Education Lucía Aimé Castillo Pastor before the members of the 66th Legislature at the State Congress.
