UTM STUDENTS ATTENDED THE SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE CREDIT FAIR.

As part of the benefits that the Government of the State of Tamaulipas provides to local businessmen and entrepreneurs, the PYMES Credit Fair 2018 was held on August 10 at the Parque Cultura in the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

The Technological University of Matamoros was present at the event with the attendance of young students who bring entrepreneurial projects and who are interested in financing, as well as faculty and administrative staff.

Approximately 2,000 local entrepreneurs were expected to participate in the event, as well as state government institutions, private financial institutions, SMEs, transportation and automotive companies.

Two keynote lectures were given by Valeria Moy Campos on the Economic Outlook for 2018, in addition to five informative talks.

UTM continues to support students who develop entrepreneurial projects through Mr. Alejandro Fernández Sandoval, who is the Coordinator of the Business Incubator of this university and who promotes this type of event, where the purpose is that young people know all the financial credit options to develop an SME in one place.
