UTM CONTINUES TO TRAIN ITS STAFF TO MIGRATE TO THE INTERNATIONAL AND SUSTAINABLE BILINGUAL SYSTEM.

The Technological University of Matamoros («Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros») continues its intensive training for faculty and staff to migrate to the International and Sustainable Bilingual System.

During the second week of July, part of the teaching and administrative staff traveled to the city of Laredo, Texas, to participate in one more training that the university provides to its personnel as part of the training process to reach the desired levels in each of the areas for the new system.

During the week-long training, the personnel had intensive training at Laredo Community College, obtaining their certificate of participation and achieving a considerable level that brings them closer to the certification level required by each of the areas of the institution.

The Technological University of Matamoros («Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros») would be the first bilingual university in Tamaulipas, and Dr. Ivett Bermea Vázquez, president of this educational institution, continues working to make this project a reality very soon. For this reason, she continues to support this type of training and education that will help the institution’s personnel to obtain the desired levels of English language and to obtain their individual certification.
