STATE PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST, «SENTIMIENTO JUARISTA 2013» MUNICIPAL STAGE, HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL.
On February 28, 2013, the Technological University of Matamoros hosted the «Sentimiento Juarista 2013» Public Speaking Contest promoted by the State Government through the Ministry of Education.
The student Gabriel Ramirez Morales, representative of the UTM’s group of speakers won second place in this important contest that reaches its XLVI edition.
