Official Announcement – UTMatamoros Responds to Heat Wave
In light of the extreme heat wave affecting our region, the Technological University of Matamoros shares preventive recommendations issued by health authorities to protect our community:
💧 Stay well hydrated 👕 Wear light-colored, breathable clothing 🌤️ Avoid sun exposure between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM 🏃♂️ Refrain from intense outdoor physical activity 🚨 Report any symptoms of heatstroke immediately
