This morning, Diana Masso Quintana, president of the Technological University of Matamoros (UTMatamoros), held a meeting with the Matamoros Sur Rotary Club.

The meeting was attended by President Alain de Leon, Eng. Samuel Rodriguez and Dr. Ramiro Rodriguez, who discussed the creation of the new UTM Rotaract Club.

This project promises to strengthen the social commitment of students and contribute to the development of the community.
