MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE AND TEACHING STAFF OF THE UTM PARTICIPATE IN AN INTEGRATION AND MOTIVATIONAL WORKSHOP.
Management, Administrative and Teaching Staff of the UTM, participated last Friday, August 31, in the Integration and Motivation Workshop, which was given by Tetsuji Tamashiro, Professional Coach and Author of the MSMC model (Motivational Success Methods of Coaching).
The workshop was prepared in such a way that each participant felt identified with the role they play in the institution, the attitude we take when carrying out each of the activities that correspond to us and above all, how to motivate students to have a better performance and school performance.
There were team building activities, where each participant assumes his/her responsibility and the leadership that is exercised within the university is highlighted.
